IT executives in London consider IT security and business continuity planning as a priority, according to a poll by AT&T research.

Reassuringly 83 per cent have a plan in place already and most have updated it within the last year.
Around 79 per cent of the IT executives surveyed said that security concerns formed part of their business continuity planning.
The survey also asked the respondents about precautions their business had taken and discovered that 81 per cent had established internet security measures.
Data centres and outsourcing were also used, with 80 per cent having backup and restore procedures in place, 76 per cent with off-site storage and recovery plans, and 67 per cent had established extra servers and backup sites.
Nearly half said they had prepared by outsourcing certain business processes.
